1. Scope

These terms govern your use of eaglelightcn.com (the "Site"), which presents our industrial LED projection products and provides an inquiry channel. The Site is not an online store: no orders are concluded through it.

2. Quotations & Orders

Quotations, specifications, pricing, lead times and order terms are confirmed individually in writing (email or signed contract). Information on the Site is for reference and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Product Information

We strive for accuracy, but product specifications, appearances and availability may change without notice. Images are illustrative; photometric performance depends on installation conditions such as distance, ambient light and surface.

4. Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, images, logos and designs — is the property of Eagle Lighting and may not be reused without written permission. Custom GOBO artwork supplied by customers remains the customer's property; customers warrant they hold the rights to any artwork submitted for production.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by our 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, per the warranty terms provided with each order. The Site itself is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle Lighting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our aggregate liability related to the Site is limited to USD 100.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping at disruptive volumes, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful use of our contact channels.

8. Governing Law & Changes
